Snowkiting

White Bear Lake provides the track and Mother Nature provides the fuel as Chance straps on skies and gives snowkiting a try. Chad Dobson of Dynamik Kiteboarding provides a lesson and before you know it he has Chance zipping across one of Minnesota’s frozen winter wonderlands.
